Alma Café | The Barista

Meet Cori, Alma’s longest working employee. He was born and raised in New Orleans. He is also a father and the best barista out there. If you haven’t tried one of his special creations you are missing out. Cori has been a barista for 5 years. Since his beginnings at Starbucks he never had interest in coffee. Alma opened up a new world of creativity for him where he was able to create his own menu following the traditional drinks but putting his own twist. That is one of the things he loves about working there. 

“You have to let me know what you like you don't have to be specific, if you tell me you like caramel, I can make you an amazing caramel drink” 

Next time you visit Alma ask Cori what you like and he will create the best coffee in the city for you. You can ask for special coffee drinks like Chai Latte, Matcha Latte and London Fog but the traditional coffee is the most requested, one of them is Cafe con Leche.
